Frequently asked questions about BeGeistert

When is the next BeGeistert?

BeGeistert 030 will be from 29th October to 30th October 2016, with a Haiku sprint until the 4th of November. For visitors who are not staying, BeGeistert is open from 9:30 to 18:00.

Where is it being held?

In the Youth Hostel in Duesseldorf in Germany. Duesseldorfer Strasse 1, 40545 Duesseldorf. Please do not register with the Youth Hostel directly but with the BeGeistert Orga-Team only.

How to get to BeGeistert

A taxi from the airport costs about EUR 25

What does it cost?

Attending BeGeistert costs EUR 45 whether for both days or just one. This includes lunch for both days and is part of our contractual obligation with the Youth Hostel. Bed and breakfast costs EUR 32.90 per night.

How many people are coming?

Up to 50 people can be expected to attend.

What is the program?

The program will consist of a variety of themes brought to you through presentations and workshops. As with the preceding events the program will develop in the run up to the event itself. If you are interested in presenting something or running a workshop then please contact us.

Will there be a coding sprint?

Yes, there will be a sprint for the week following BeGeistert. Please contact us if you would like to attend the sprint.
